Located in upstate New York on the Canadian border, Encompass provided complete Project Management, Construction and Procurement for a major expansion for the St Regis Mohawk Tribe. This successful expansion includes a new 120 key Hotel tower, Casino expansion, New Bars, Restaurant modifications, Indoor Pool, RV Park, back of house expansion, new roadways on a challenging site adjacent to protected lands. We were proud to be the lead on these important projects for the Tribe as we worked also to expand their Tribal Preference Policy and training for Tribal Members.
The project budget was developed by Encompass working with the Casino Leadership based on the Proforma and the project was completed under that original budget and on schedule.

SCOPE: Expansion and renovation of a 30,000 sf casino, including the addition of a new 150 roomhotel with full service spa, gym, pool and new buffet.

SERVICES: Owner’s Representation, Design, Construction and Project Management and Procurement. FACTS: The project also included a new RV parking area, improvements to State Route 37 HWY with new traffic signal, road grading and paving.
